Submitting the form:
You can fill out the form online, and we will notify you by email upon receipt. Alternatively, you can send us this withdrawal form by email, fax, or registered mail, accompanied by your signature and the date of submission (the date of the letter, email, or fax will prevail).
Product Return:
You have a maximum of 14 days after your withdrawal request to send back the relevant products. The returned products must be in their original condition, accompanied by their original packaging.
Refund:
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the products in their original condition.
